Ultraflex Exercises
UltraFlex
is for everyone. The Ultraflex exercises are designed
to be performed:
You
can even workout while watching TV.
You
increase or decrease the resistance depending on how close
you move the ends of the UltraFlex together or keep
the ends apart.
UltraFlex
gives you the opportunity to exercise virtually every
large muscle group to strengthen or develop a firm lean
body. Its simplicity in design gives you a variety of exercises
to perform with quick simple instructions to follow. UltraFlex
can and should be combined with an aerobic program.
ULTRAFLEX
BICEP CURL EXERCISE

Biceps
(Front of Upper Arm)
I N S T R U C T I O N S
From standing or seated position place hands through
the safety straps and grasp the UltraFlex with
both palms down. Place the hand with the palm down at
the shoulder, with your head turned toward the shoulder
of the arm that youre exercising, and the hand
with the palm up by your side and keeping the elbow
at the waist.
A C T I O N
While holding one end of the UltraFlex under
and to the side of your shoulder, breathe in, while
keeping your elbow stationary exhale as you curl your
hand towards your shoulder. Inhale as you return to
the start position to repeat the exercise. After completing
the repetitions switch arms to complete the exercise
for opposite arm. |

ULTRAFLEX
PEC FLY EXERCISE
T A R G E T M U S C L E S
Pectoralis, Anterior Deltoid
(Chest, Shoulder)
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Put both hands through the safety straps and grasp the
ends of the UltraFlex with each hand palms facing
forward in front of your body and place the UltraFlex
behind your neck. Your feet should be shoulder
width apart.
A C T I O N
Breathe in and exhale as you bring your hands and elbows
together in front of your head as shown. You should
attempt to bring your hands and elbows together at the
same time while the UltraFlex bends away from
you and behind your head. Inhale as you return to the
start position and repeat. |

ULTRAFLEX
SEATED ROW EXERCISE
T A R G E T M U S C L E S
Latissimus Dorsi, Posterior Deltoid, Teres Major,Biceps,
Trapezius (Upper Back, Shoulder, Front of Upper Arm,
Between shoulder & Neck)
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Place your hands through the safety straps and grasp
the UltraFlex with palms down. Bend the UltraFlex
so that the bend is facing towards the ceiling
and place one hand between the chest/shoulder/arm gap
and the other hand straight out from the shoulder and
at shoulder height.
A C T I O N
Inhale and exhale as you pull your outstretched arm
toward your shoulder. The UltraFlex should bend
up as shown. Pause and inhale as you return to the start
position and repeat. Switch to the other side and perform
the same exercise. |

ULTRAFLEX
INNER THIGH EXERCISE
T A R G E T M U S C L E S
Adductor Longus, Gracilis, Adductor Magnus, Adductor
Brevis (Inner Thighs)
I N S T R U C T I O N S
While seated the legs should bend at 90 degree angle
as shown. Place both hands through the safety straps
and grasp both ends of the UltraFlex with palms
down using the handshake grip. Place both ends of the
UltraFlex between your legs just above the knees.
Your heels should be parallel with each other. Your
feet should be shoulder width apart and legs spread
as far apart as possible.
A C T I O N
Take a breath and as you exhale lift your feet slightly,
while on your toes, bring your knees together while
rotating on your toes. Inhale as you return to the starting
position stretching out your legs as far as possible
and repeat. |
